Abreu advises HCapital on sale of Frotcom International
Abreu Advogados has advised HCapital on the sale of its stake in Frotcom International to Snowfall Capital, LLC, for a total amount of €15 million.
Frotcom International is a Portuguese supplier of vehicle tracking and fleet management systems, present in more than 30 countries, through a network of international distributors. It offers a complete service regarding driver and safety management, route planning and monitoring.
