New incorporation at Pérez-Llorca’s Banking department
The lawyer, Isabel Villa (pictured), joins the team led by the Partner, Ander Valverde, as counsel at Pérez-Llorca’s Banking Department.
By this incorporation, the law firm seeks to strengthen the Banking and Finance area with the former senior associate of Freshfields.
Isabel Villa holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In 2007, she joined the ‘Magic Circle’, law firm where she has spent almost her entire professional career.
The new counsel at Pérez-Llorca has experience in structuring and executing different types of financial transactions, including corporate financings, leveraged buyout financings (LBO), real estate financings and debt refinancing and restructuring transactions.
