Hogan Lovells advises Naxicap Partners on its investment in Desiknio Cycles

The Corporate-Private Equity teams of Hogan Lovells Frankfurt and Madrid, led by Christoph Naumann and Graciela Llaneza (partners), have advised the venture capital fund Naxicap Partners and its portfolio company Stromer on their investment in the Spanish premium bicycle manufacturer Desiknio Cycles, S.L.

Stromer and Desiknio are characterized by their high level of innovation, fully integrated design, cutting-edge technology and premium quality. Stromer employs around 140 people and currently has more than 90,000 customers.
