Marimón and KPMG on the acquisition of two companies
Marimón Abogados has advised the seller in the transaction in which the Swedish company Plenius AB has acquired 100% of Antartyca Consulting, S.L. and Agrupo Sistemas, S.L.
Antartyca Consulting, specialised in SAP solutions consulting and implementation projects, has offices in Peru and Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valladolid). Agrupo Sistemas, S.L. also offers comprehensive services in technology and innovation.
