CCS Abogados has signed its first Equality Plan with the three trade unions CCOO, UGT and CSI
CCS Abogados, the largest Galician law firm in terms of turnover and with offices in A Coruña, Vigo and Madrid, has signed its first Equality Plan with the three trade unions CCOO, UGT and CSIF at its offices in A Coruña.
This first Equality Plan of CCS Abogados includes a set of measures established to continue advancing in the achievement and guarantee of gender equality within the firm and seeks to promote the co-responsibility of all members of the firm in this area.
Present from CCS Abogados were partners Jaime Concheiro, Miguel Caamaño, Carlos Seoane and Sandra Freire. As well as the Director of Organisation, María Castro and the Financial Director, Óscar Barreiro.
On behalf of UGT, Cristina Calvo (Secretary of Equality and Social Affairs FeSMC UGT Galicia), Paula Baamonde (Secretary of Equality FeSMC UGT Coruña), Eladio Romero (Secretary General FeSMC UGT Galicia) and Juan Carreira (Secretary General FeSMC UGT Coruña) were present.
On behalf of CCOO, the signing was attended by José María Martínez (Secretary General of the Federation of Services at state level), Lucía Trenor (Secretary General of the Federation of Services of Galicia), Angela Junco (Secretary for Equality of the Federation of Services of Galicia) and Iván Cordeiro (Head of Technical Services of the Federation of Services of Galicia).
On behalf of CSIF, José Ramón Villalibre, Provincial President of CSIF A Coruña, attended.
Jaime Concheiro, Managing Partner of CCS Abogados, said: “This plan has only come to consolidate all the measures and actions that the firm has developed in recent years to promote gender equality within the firm, putting in writing everything that has been worked on and what should continue to be worked on in line with equality policies.”
