Morison ACPM integrates Fenoy and Llargues

Morison ACPM has integrated the professional services firm Fenoy and Llargues, based in Terrassa (Barcelona)

MORISONMorison ACPM has integrated the professional services firm Fenoy and Llargues, based in Terrassa (Barcelona), thus reinforcing its growth strategy. By the end of 2021 it had incorporated the Madrid firm Vergara Dauden and Gómez Espinosa de los Monteros.

Fenoy & Associats and Llargues Gestió i Assessorament have reached an integration agreement and will have a new head office in Terrassa and will maintain their offices in Barcelona, Molins de Rei and L’Hospitalet. The resulting team is made up of 50 professionals and the firm will be called Fenoy Assessors i Consultors. The total turnover of both firms is 3.5 million euros. For this year, the forecast is to reach four million.

José Fenoy, founding partner of Fenoy Assessors i Consultors, said: “The values that characterise both companies are maintained and reinforced. Proximity, personalised customer service, constant accompaniment and involvement are and will be the features that define us.”

The alliance, said spokespersons, “will allow us to maintain the top quality service offered to our clients and to anticipate the challenges that companies will have to face in the coming times, arising from profound legislative changes in labour or tax matters as well as the challenge of digitisation and access to Next Generation funds.”

José Miguel Contreras (pictured), chairman of the board of directors of Morison ACPM, said: “Will allow us to seek excellence in the services offered so far and expand them in areas such as legal, auditing, internationalisation and consultancy, without renouncing the essence and character of Fenoy Assessors i Consultors.”
