Pérez-Llorca has advised on the sale of Hotel Único Madrid to Grupo Único

Grupo Único has exercised the repurchase clause only one year after being sold to a group of investors. In February 2021, a group of investors advised by Aiga Advisory, an A&G Group company, with a 20-year lease, bought the Hotel Único. The seller kept the repurchase option, although it has taken less than a year to execute it.

The Hotel Único Madrid is a luxury complex that has 44 rooms, various facilities, a well-kept interior garden and houses the prestigious “Ramón Freixa Madrid” restaurant.

Pérez-Llorca advised the seller (a group of investors advised by Aiga Advisory, an A&G Group) during this transaction.
