GA_P recruits Corporate senior associate from A&R

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has hired Coporate lawyer Vicente Paramio, who joins from Araoz & Rueda

Vicente Paramio (pictured) advises all kinds of companies and sectors on general Corporate and Commercial matters, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions, sales, Joint Ventures, Corporate Restructurings and sale of assets. He has also participated in financing transactions, acquisition and sale of aircraft and on contracting and Corporate Litigation related matters, advising regularly to companies and foundations within different sectors.

Vicente rejoined Araoz & Rueda´s Corporate department in 2018 after one year and a half as head of the Legal department for Spain of Grupo Emperador. Previously, he had worked in the same firm´s Corporate department for four years (2013-2017), from where he now joins Gómez-Acebo & Pombo´s Corporate & Commercial team as a senior associate.

He holds a law degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU and a Master´s degree in European Law from UNED. Vicente has been recognised by a prestigious Legal directory in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A areas.

He is the author of several articles and chapters in legal journals and collective works on transactions and Corporate Law.
