ILV Silver advises Groupe RG on the acquisition of MAPE Seguridad

ILV Silver has counselled Groupe RG on its entry into the Basque region with the acquisition of MAPE Seguridad

Groupe RG is pursuing its strategy of development in Spain and networking of the territory by gaining a foothold in the Basque region with the acquisition in Bilbao of MAPE Seguridad. With a turnover of more than €300 million, nearly 700 employees, 30 own agencies in France and Europe, and at the head of the first French network of independent distributors of EPI (EPI Center), Groupe RG is the leader in the specialized distribution of EPI in France.
Created 65 years ago by the father of its current general manager, MAPE is a historical and emblematic player in the distribution of PPE and occupational safety in the Basque region and more generally in Spain.

Based in Bilbao, MAPE serves a diverse range of clients through its field sales network and digital solutions. The company, a true specialist in PPE, is particularly attentive to providing the sharpest advice and services to its customers. In this respect, MAPE is the only Spanish company holding ISO quality certifications relating to the distribution of PPE and the provision of associated services.

MAPE also has commercial representations in Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona.
