DAC Beachcroft adds partner and team from Clyde & Co
DAC Beachcroft has incorporated Pablo Guillén as a partner in the firm´s D&O/FI department
The international law firm DAC Beachcroft has incorporated Pablo Guillén (pictured) as a new partner to lead the D&O (Directors and Officers Insurance) and Financial Institutions department of its Madrid office, as part of its clear commitment to consolidate the firm as the leading Insurance firm in Spain. He joins along with his team, all joining from Clyde & Co.
Guillén, who returns to DAC Beachcroft after eight years as a partner at Clyde & Co, has extensive and recognised experience in all aspects of D&O liability claims and Financial Institutions insurance. He is a Law graduate from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Master´s degree from IE Law School.
Throughout his professional career, he has advised a multitude of Spanish and foreign Insurance and Reinsurance companies on D&O; securities public offering insurance, comprehensive bankers blanket bond insurance (Bankers Blanket Bond), fraud and fraud insurance (Crime), as well as professional liability, having been involved in some of the leading national and international cases in the market.
With his extensive experience and reputation in the sector, Guillén will lead and drive the D&O/FI insurance practice in Madrid in both the Spanish and international insurance markets, working closely with DAC Beachcroft’s teams in London, Paris, Dublin, Singapore and throughout Latin America.

DAC Beachcroft now has 42 lawyers -including eight partners-, one year after the integration with Asjusa Abogados
