López-Ibor and DPM sign strategic alliance
López-Ibor Abogados and De Pasqual & Marzo Abogados have joined forces to delevop new practice áreas and expand its presence in Spain
López-Ibor Abogados, with offices in Madrid and Valencia, and De Pasqual & Marzo Abogados, with offices in Madrid and Valencia, and De Pasqual & Marzo Abogados, based in Barcelona, have joined forces with the aim of developing new practice areas and expand their presence in Spain.
Alfonso López-Ibor, managing partner of López-Ibor Abogados highlights that “with this strategic move with DPM Abogados we return to Barcelona, reinforcing our position with an excellent firm an excellent firm, and adding practices with a great future through this combination of forces.”
Alejandro Tintoré, managing partner of De Pasqual & Marzo Abogados added that this alliance will mean “being able to extend the services provided by the firm to places as important for its clients as Madrid and Valencia, extending and complementing the practices with a firm of recognised prestige such as Lopez-Ibor.”
Through this alliance, which has 65 professionals, both firms will cover the main Spanish business centres and will generate new business opportunities both in Spain and internationally.
If the alliance proves satisfactory for both parties, the firms will consider their merger in the next years.
