Ceca Magán advises Hivisan on its acquisiotion by Dominion for €1m

Ceca Magán Abogados has advised industrial assemblies manufacturer Hivisan on its acquisition by Basque engineering company Dominion Global for €1 million

Dominion Global (Global Dominion Access), a listed Basque engineering company offering comprehensive solutions that range from the creation of new infrastructures and industrial processes to their subsequent operation and maintenance, has closed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hivisan, an industrial assembly company based in Valladolid. The operation is valued at €1 million. The purchase of Hivisan comes after the acquisition a few months ago of Dimoin, a Madrid-based company specialised in the design and construction of tanks and other industrial facilities.

Hivisan is made up of engineers, designers, boilermakers, welders, pipers and mechanics, with a staff that can comprise from 75 to 150 people, according to the production requirements, with facilities of more than 4,000 sqm.

Dominion was advised by GPB Legal, the Bilbao based law firm recently integrated into Cuatrecasas.
