Pérez-Llorca has advised Spain´s Grupo IVF Life on its merger with British Reproductive Health Group (RHG)

IVF Life Group has announced its merger with Reproductive Health Group, an emerging fertility clinic based in the north of England but with a growing focus on patients in the UK. This transaction transforms the Assisted Reproduction sector at the European level. The IVF Life Group is thus strengthening its presence in Europe, emphasising high quality care with the incorporation of a highly prestigious health and scientific team.

Alicante-based IVF Life Group and the British Group join this way forces to increase their presence in the reproductive medicine sector with IVF Life’s ability to reach patients throughout Europe. Reproductive Health Group, founded by Professor Luciano Nardo, is one of the most advanced fertility clinics in the UK. The union with the IVF Life Group leads to a greater capacity for innovation in the field of Reproductive Medicine that will help improve outcomes and the personalised patient experience.
