AGM launches new “Crisis management and Business continuity” area

AGM Abogados has launched “Crisis management and business continuity” new practice area to assist companies in this new normal scenario

According to the firm “The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic crisis came to change us all, and needs arise from this already mentioned ‘new normal,’ and to be able to satisfy them, we must change. At AGM Abogados we have decided to create a specialized team focused on the economic recovery of companies.”

The new “Crisis Management and Business Continuity” department will offer, among others, services of Banking & Finance, Restructuring, Refinancing processes, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and Operational Restructuring, all with the aim of alleviating the financial tensions caused by the COVID-19 and helping companies to overcome this crisis.
