GA_P advises IMAN Capital on Spanish fintech acquisition

Arcano, KPMG and Capgemini have also participated as IMAN´s advisors in this transaction

 

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised IMAN Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Crealsa Investments, a Spanish fintech company based in Valencia. Arcano, KPMG and Capgemini have also participated in the operation, in each one of their specialties, as advisors for IMAN Capital and for a group of investors.
