Ramón y Cajal advises Grenergy on its debut in the Stock Exchange
Ramón y Cajal Abogados advised Grenergy on its debut in the Spanish Stock Exchange. It’s the only IPO of 2019
Grenergy’s shares made their debut in the Continuous Market this week, jumping from the Alternative Stock Market (MAB), where it had been listed since 2015 until last Friday.
The operation was structured through the delisting of all the shares of the MAB company and their simultaneous admission to trading on the Stock Exchange.
Prior to this operation, the Firm advised on an accelerated private placement of shares that accounted for 10% of the share capital, in order to achieve the free float of 25% required to jump to the continuous market.
The operation was led by partner Andrés Mas Abad (pictured). The team from Ramón y Cajal also included lawyers Lucía García Clavería and Daniel Pardeza de la Fuente.
