Garrigues advises Cain on the acquisition of a €225m office park portfolio

Garrigues advised real estate investment firm Cain International on the acquisition of an office park portfolio from Merlin Properties for €225 million. Melin was advised by Uría Menéndez

The portfolio, which includes six offices in Madrid and two in Barcelona, covers a total area of 133,000 square-metres and is three-quarters let.

Garrigues offered legal advice to Cain International and its partner on this transaction is Freo Group. The team was led by partner Juan Jose Berdullas (pictured) and included senior associate Andrea Ruizdelgado and associate Javier Alvarenga.
