Cases & Lacambra strengthens its Corporate and M&A practice in Madrid with the incorporation of Pablo Echenique as partner

Cases & Lacambra incorporates Pablo Echenique as a new partner, based in its Madrid office, to continue its strategy of strengthening the Firm’s Corporate & M&A practice. With nearly 20 years of experience, Pablo will focus his activity mainly on energy, infrastructure and construction, sectors in which he has extensive experience.

Pablo Echenique holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an LLM from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid. 

Pablo has spent part of his professional career at Uría Menéndez, where he specialized in commercial law (with special emphasis on the infrastructure and financial sectors) and at Abengoa, a company in which he worked for around 7 years as General Counsel. He has recently been head of legal in Spain for Alfanar Energy (a subsidiary of the Saudi conglomerate Alfanar Co.).

Throughout his career, Echenique has been involved in numerous complex transactions in Latin America, Europe, Israel, the United States, China, South Africa, India and the Middle East.

With the arrival of this new partner, Cases & Lacambra now has 14 partners among its 4 offices located in 3 jurisdictions.
