Farroco Abreu Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising both buyer, SPX Flow Technology do Brasil Indústria e Comércio Ltda., and seller, Clyde Union Limited, in relation to the acquisition of the entire ownership interest held by seller in SPX Serviços Industriais Ltda., a manufacturing, assembly, testing, sales, distribution and maintenance pump company.
