Pinsent Masons advises La Finca Global Assets on MAB launch

Pinsent Masons´ Madrid office adviced La Finca Global Assets on its entry into the Mercado Alternativo Bursatil (MAB), Spain´s alternative stock market.

La Finca Global Assets, a real estate investment trust, has a portfolio of ten office buildings, all of them located in Madrid. It is the 15th company to join the MAB in 2019. The company´s assets are valued at €725 million.

The team from Pinsent Masons was led by managing partner Diego Lozano (pictured) and included partners Inmaculada Castelló and José Luis García-Manso,  as well as associate Isabel García Díaz-Mauriño, and lawyer Tatiana Fernández de Casadavante.
