Linklaters advises ProA Capital on €227m Pastas Gallo deal

Linklaters advised Spanish private equity fund ProA Capital on the purchase of a majority stake in food company Pastas Gallo for €227 million.

According to a statement, ProA Capital will aim to boost growth at the Catalan company and internationalise its business. Pastas Gallo closed 2018 with a turnover of more than €200 million.

The Linklaters team in charge of advising ProA Capital was led by partner Alejandro Ortíz (pictured).

The Grupo Gallo shareholders were advised by Garrigues.
