Centrebridge Partners instructs Linklaters on €330m Solidus Solutions acquisition

Linklaters´ Madrid office advised Centerbridge Partners Europe on its acquisition of Solidus Solutions from Aurelius for €330 million.

Solidus produces of sustainable fibre-based packaging for the food, beverage, horticulture, consumer goods and industrial applications sectors.

The team from Linklaters included partner Carmen Burgos (pictured) and senior associate Enrique Areilza.
