CMS acts for Restaurant Brands International on Spanish franchising

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advised Restaurant Brands International on the franchising of fried chicken outlet Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Spain.

The CMS team was led by partner Luis Miguel de Dios (pictured).

Restaurant Brands International’s annual sales total around $30 billion. The company owns 25,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries.

Its brands include Burger King and Tim Hortons.
