CMS instructed by Virto Group on Oerlemans acquisition

CMS advised Spain-based frozen vegetable company Virto Group on the acquisition of Oerlemans Foods from H2 Equity Partners.

H2 Equity Partners was advised by Netherlands-based law firm Houthoff.

Oerlemans is a grower, producer and supplier of fresh frozen vegetables and fruit products. The company has production facilities in Poland and the Netherlands, and around 700 employees.

Oerlemans’ annual revenue stands at €90 million.

Virto Group’s annual sales total around €400 million.
