Baker McKenzie and EY act for Beer & Food on Tony Roma´s deal

Baker McKenzie and EY acted for the Spanish company Beer & Food on the acquisition of the Tony Roma’s chain of restaurants in Spain, France and Portugal.

Tony Roma’s has 25 restaurants in Spain, specialising in American food such as barbecue ribs.

Beer & Food, which also manages the catering division of the brewery Heineken Spain, was acquired by the company Eating Group Ventures at the beginning of this year.

Other Beer & Food brands include Official Irish Pub, Gambrinus, Cruz Blanca, and Dublin House.
