Clyde & Co recruits RCD partner to head new medical malpractice team

Clyde & Co’s Madrid office has hired RCD – Rousaud Costas Duran partner Isabel Burón to lead its new medical malpractice team.

Burón’s expertise includes medical malpractice claims and professional negligence cases. She has represented insurers and healthcare professionals in the civil, criminal and administrative courts.

Burón had been a partner at Clyde & Co for four years – previously she had been a partner at DAC Beachcroft.

Burón will also bring a four-lawyer RCD – Rousaud Costas Duran team (consisting of Katia Alvaro, Emilia de Leon, Javier Puig and Alberto Lezaun) to Clyde & Co.

Clyde & Co’s Madrid office now has more than 30 lawyers.
