Latham & Watkins advises banks on €475m Haya Real Estate bond issue

Latham & Watkins advised Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Securities, Bankia and Banco Santander on the acquisition of €475 million worth of bonds issued by Spanish property management services company Haya Real Estate.

 

The bonds mature in 2022 – €250 million worth at a fixed rate of 5.25 per cent, and €225 million worth at variable rates.

The Spain-based Latham & Watkins lawyers advising on the matter included partners Ignacio Pallares and Jordi Domínguez, counsels Ignacio Domínguez, Fernando Colomina, and Iván Rabanillo, and associates Carmen Esteban, María Pilar Villanueva, Joaquin Fabré, Aitor Errasti,and Blanca Vázquez de Castro.
