Latham & Watkins advises banks on €475m Haya Real Estate bond issue
Latham & Watkins advised Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Securities, Bankia and Banco Santander on the acquisition of €475 million worth of bonds issued by Spanish property management services company Haya Real Estate.
The bonds mature in 2022 – €250 million worth at a fixed rate of 5.25 per cent, and €225 million worth at variable rates.
