Clifford Chance advises Ferroglobe on sale of Spanish hydroelectric power plants

Ferroglobe was advised by Clifford Chance on the sale of 12 hydroelectric power plants in Spain to Brookfield Asset Management.

The value of the transaction was €255 million, according to Mergermarket.

The 12 power plants acquired by Brookfield are located in Aragón and Galicia and have a combined output of 210 megawatts.

In addition to its involvement in hydroelectric power generation, Ferroglobe is a producer of metal alloys.
