Saria instructs Allen & Overy on acquisition of Bioibérica stake

Allen & Overy advised German group Saria on the acquisition of the 10 per cent stake it did not control in Bioibérica, a Spanish company that extracts molecules from animal tissues.

Bioibérica has more than 100 products aimed at improving the health of people, animals and plants.

Saria specialises in the recycling of animal and vegetable products, as well as waste products. Its services include recycling and the production of bioenergy, such as biodiesel and biogas. 

Saria has 8,000 employees at more than 180 sites in 19 countries.
