Miranda Alliance adds Ivory Coast law firm to its network
Lisbon-based Miranda Alliance has added a new member office in Ivory Coast as it seeks to boost its practice in Francophone Africa.
A statement said that Miranda’s new associate Ivory Coast firm CDI Counsel will offer a full service to clients, with particular expertise in the natural resources and agriculture sectors. The firm will also provide corporate, tax, employment, regulatory and dispute resolution advice.
CDI Counsel is headquartered in Ivory Coast’s main commercial centre Abidjan.
Miranda managing partner Diogo Xavier da Cunha, managing partner of law firm Miranda, the founding member of Miranda Alliance, said: “The growth we are experiencing in Sub-Saharan Africa is underwritten by the expansion of a number of major clients who see growth in Ivory Coast as a means to diversify their regional investment portfolios.”
