Rousaud Costas Duran advises RCD Espanyol on €75m capital injection

Rousaud Costas Duran advised football club RCD Espanyol on an agreement under which it received an injection of €75 million in capital from China’s Rastar Group.

 

The Rastar Group, which manufactures toys, acquired 54% of the capital share of the Spanish La Liga club earlier this year.

The Rastar Group has invested a total of €136.8 million in the club in 2016.

Rousaud Costas Duran managing partner Adolf Rousaud is a member of the board of RCD Espanyol.
