Aguilar Castillo Love adds banking partner in Nicaragua
Central American law firm Aguilar Castillo Love announced the appointment of Violeta Núñez Silva as a partner in their Managua office.
Núñez Silva is a lawyer and notary public admitted in Nicaragua since 2002. She holds an LLM from Cornell Law School, and is the acting president of Instituto Nicaragüense de Desarrollo (INDE), a NGO dedicated to promote the social and economic development of private enterprises.
Prior to joining the regional firm, Núñez Silva practiced at Nicaragua law firm Núñez Rizo Zambrana, advising both national and international companies as well as financial institutions. She also served as deputy head of legal at a leading Central American bank in Nicaragua.
