PLMJ advises Winterfell 2 on Efacec acquisition

PLMJ advised Winterfell 2 on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in energy sector company Efacec Power Solutions.

The majority shareholder in Winterfell 2 is Isabel dos Santos, the Angolan businesswoman who is reportedly the richest woman in Africa. Winterfell 2 is also part-owned by Empresa Nacional de Distribuição de Eletricidade (ENDE).

The PLMJ team working on the deal included partners Jorge Brito Pereira and Bárbara Godinho Correia, as well as senior associate Inês Pinto da Costa.
