Amat & Vidal-Quadras advises on Cutting’s acquisition

Lawyers from Amat & Vidal-Quadras advised food service company Cutting’s on its acquisition by Miura Private Equity.

Miura was advised by Baker & McKenzie on the deal, according to Mergermarket.

Miura, which already owns another company operating in the same sector, Guzmán Gastronomía, will integrate both companies to create a new group with anticipated sales of more than €70 million in 2015.

A Miura statement said the new group will become the “largest fresh products supplier to the foodservice sector in Spain”. It added that the group would “benefit from Miura’s operational, strategic and financial know-how as it continues to expand in Spain and internationally”.
