Garrigues advises OHL on SARquavitae deal
Garrigues advised construction group Obrascon Huarte Lain (OHL) on the sale of Sacova Centros Residenciales to health and social services provider SARquavitae.
Baker & McKenzie advised SARquavitae on the transaction, according to Mergermarket.
In 2014, SARquavitae provide services to more than 200,000 people.
SARquavitae had a turnover of €259 million in 2014, an increase of 5.4 per cent higher than the previous year. The company said it expects to end 2015 with turnover of more than €280 million and a workforce of around 11,000.
