PwC advises on Euskaltel flotation

PwC Tax and Legal Services advised Kutxabank on the flotation of telecommunications operator Euskaltel.

 

A team of lawyers in PwC´s offices in Madrid and Bilbao advised Kutxabank on the flotation. The team was led by partners Gemma Moral and Antonio Padro.

The work was coordinated by Javier Mateos, PwC´s director of group transactions.

Euskaltel is a telecommunications operator in the Basque Country that offers broadband internet, digital TV, mobile phones and landlines. It currently has a network of 347,000 kilometers of optical fiber.

Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira advised the flotation´s global coordinators, J.P. Morgan and UBS.
