Cuatrecasas advises Ardian on Portuguese motorway partnership

Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira advised private equity fund Ardian on the formation of its partnership with Ascendi to develop the Portuguese motorway network.

 

The deal, which is valued at €300 million, encompasses five motorway concessions in Portugal.

The five concessions cover a total of 500 kilometres.

Partner Diogo Perestrelo and associates Elsa Pizarro Pardal and Guilherme Seabra Galante advised Ardian.

Ardian, formerly AXA Private Equity, was founded in France in 1996 and currently manages $50 billion of investment in Europe, North America, and Asia.
