3P Biopharmaceuticals names Legal director

Navarre-based 3P Biopharmaceuticals has appointed Emilio Redondo a its new Legal director

Emilio Redondo Cuadrillero (pictured) who joined the pharmaceutical company in 2019 as Legal counsel from PwC Spain, has been named new Legal director and joins the company´s Management Committee.

3P Biopharmaceuticals is a global Biopharmaceuticals CDMO, providing an integrated service at its GMP approved facilities for clinical and commercial manufacturing of biologics, using both microbial and mammalian expression systems.

At PwC he specialised in drafting, negotiation and review of all types of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and collaborators at national and international level, as well as public and private tenders, Data Protection, internal policy and corporate management. Prevously, he worked at Grupo Marcal.

At 3P, he has been providing general legal advice of broad range on commercial and strategic matters, mainly for the executive team and business development department, including commercial agreements, corporate activities, Compliance and Trademarks & Patents.

Emilio is a Law graduate from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (where he represented the institution in the international moot team in Arbitration and Commercial Law) with a Journalism complement, and took his Master´s degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE.
