J+Legal advises on the sale of Transfor Group to Arrow Group

J+Legal advised Bezel Management Holding Limited on the sale of a majority stake in Transfor Group to Arrow Global Portugal, a transaction that gives rise to the creation of Core Group, a new integrated platform in the engineering, construction and industrial solutions sectors.

With more than 400 employees and a contracted backlog exceeding €350 million, Transfor Group will now be part of a structure that brings together construction, furniture and ceramics capabilities, with the aim of delivering larger and more complex projects and strengthening Arrow Global’s value chain in Portugal.
