Linklaters advises Stoneshield on GravyX battery
Linklaters has advised Stoneshield Capital on the creation of GravyX, a joint venture established with Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente to develop, execute and operate battery energy storage projects across Italy.
The mandate involved a cross-border team from Linklaters’ Spanish and Italian offices, reflecting the increasingly international nature of energy transition investments across Europe. The new platform is expected to contribute to Italy’s energy transition agenda and its 2030 decarbonisation targets.
The team
The Spanish team advising on the transaction was led by partners Pablo Medina, Esteban Arza and Jorge Toral, alongside counsel Álvaro Albiñana Torroba, with support from Francisco Javier García Fernández, Javier Montero Ruiz-Alberdi and Ainhoa Sáenz-Cortabarría Morales.
