Marita Rancé joins Impress as legal vice president

Marita Rancé has joined Impress as legal vice president last January. She comes from Glovo, where she was general counsel over the past 9 years. At Impress, a chain of Orthodontic clinics based in Barcelona, Marita Rancé leads the company’s legal strategy, overseeing compliance, data protection and corporate governance.

Before joining Glovo, Marita Rancé was a partner in the tax practice at Giménez-Salinas, and a lawyer and tax advisor at firms such as Garrigues and Malet & Asociados. Marita Rancé Giménez-Salinas holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and a master’s degree in tax advisory and management from Esade.
