Uría Menéndez with Cale Street on Oasiz purchase
Uría Menéndez has advised Cale Street Partners on the acquisition of the Oasiz shopping centre, located in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), through a pre-pack insolvency process. The transaction follows the court-approved restructuring of the asset in February 2024. The mandate included advice on the initial financing in 2017, as well as on the insolvency proceedings of the previous owner, Carlotta Iberia. The firm also advised on the bid for the acquisition of the production unit.
