Chilean wood manufacturer Masisa retained Carey and Pinheiro Neto on the sale of its Brazilian subsidiary while in Mexico, Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de Mexico issued $4 billion in green bonds to finance the construction and development of the new Mexico City International Airport and Cleary Gottlieb, Galicia Abogados, Jones Day and Paul Hastings worked together on the deal:
Meanwhile, Central American law firm BLP opened a representative office in Madrid. It is the second firm from that region to do so after Pacheco Coto launched in the Spanish capital in 2013.
