Controller interno/Auditor en materia de Compliance de 2-3 años de experiencia, para empresa multinacional.

Controller/auditor interno en materia de Cumplimiento Normativo para grupo multinacional del sector cosmética y fragancias con sede a las afueras de Barcelona. Experiencia contrastada de mínimo 2-3 años en funciones de Cumplimiento Normativo enfocadas al control interno y revisión del departamento de compras, finanzas, contabilidad y análisis de datos económicos. Reporte al Chief Compliance Officer del grupo. Excelente nivel de inglés.

Nuestro cliente es un gran grupo multinacional líder en el sector cosmética y fragancias. Se caracteriza por tener un equipo profesional joven y dinámico, flexible, riguroso y comprometido.

En la actualidad, está buscando un Controller/auditor interno en materia de Cumplimiento Normativo para incorporar a su Departamento de Compliance.

Descripción del puesto

El profesional se integrará en el Departamento de Compliance del grupo empresarial a las afueras de Barcelona, reportando al Chief Compliance Officer. Asesorará en materia de Cumplimiento Normativo con foco principal en el control interno y revisión del departamento de compras, finanzas, contabilidad y análisis de datos económicos. Asimismo, se ocupará de introducir mejoras en el sistema de alertas, informatización de tareas, impartición de formación, gestión de incidencias, así como en la mitigación de los riesgos derivados de dicho cumplimiento normativo. Trabajará en colaboración constante con otros departamentos de la empresa, especialmente Compras, Comercial, Finanzas, IT, y estará habituado a desarrollar sus funciones con un enfoque “consultor”. Deberá tener un excelente nivel de inglés.

Perfil

Buscamos un profesional (abogado, economista o auditor) con una experiencia mínima de 2-3 años adquirida en empresa, despacho de abogados o firma de consultoría/auditoría, en Cumplimiento Normativo y, en concreto, en las tareas mencionadas en la descripción del puesto.

El candidato deberá tener una actitud proactiva, para poder responder a las necesidades de la empresa, ofreciendo soluciones. Contará con capacidad de comunicación, organización, planificación y atención al detalle. Estará acostumbrado al estudio en el ámbito del Cumplimiento Normativo, tendrá interés y curiosidad por conocerlo y aplicarlo, y vocación de servicio a su cliente interno, pudiéndose adaptar a diversas situaciones y con capacidad de respuesta. Poseerá un nivel excelente de inglés, trabajando en dicho idioma con total soltura.

Será una persona dinámica, con vocación de trabajo en equipo.
