Abogado con experiencia de 5 a 8 años en Derecho Público general y Medioambiente para prestigioso despacho boutique con sede en Barcelona. Se valorará especialmente que el abogado acredite experiencia sólida en Contratación Pública.

Nuestro cliente es una prestigiosa boutique legal española, con sede en Barcelona, especializada en Derecho del Medioambiente, Urbanismo y Derecho Público en general. Se caracteriza por una clara vocación de servicio al cliente y por un elevado nivel de calidad técnica. Fomenta, asimismo, un entorno de trabajo respetuoso y de crecimiento profesional.

En la actualidad desea incorporar dos abogados con una experiencia de entre 5 y 8 años en Derecho Público en general y Derecho del Medioambiente.

Descripción del puesto

El abogado se integrará en el despacho y asesorará a los clientes de la firma - todo tipo de empresas y grupos nacionales e internacionales, así como Administraciones y entes públicos- en asuntos de Derecho Medioambiental relativo a distintos sectores (ejercicio de actividades, aguas, residuos, contaminación y similares) y Derecho Público de toda índole (especialmente contratación pública, procedimiento administrativo y contencioso-administrativo y gestión de servicios públicos).

Perfil

Abogado español con experiencia de 5 a 8 años en Derecho Público general, especialmente en aspectos relacionados con la Contratación Pública, y Derecho del Medioambiente. Procederá de un despacho nacional o internacional de primer nivel o bien de la Administración Pública.

El candidato poseerá un elevado nivel técnico, buscando siempre la excelencia y el rigor profesional. Tendrá dotes de comunicación oral y escrita y será capaz de trabajar con autonomía, aunque integrándose en un equipo y trabajando bajo supervisión. Asimismo, será una persona proactiva y con gran capacidad de trabajo y compromiso profesional. Tendrá interés por ejercer sus funciones en un ambiente exigente y a la vez respetuoso.
