Bajo la supervisión de su manager, proporcionar apoyo legal para el desarrollo del negocio de la compañía. Implementar soluciones adecuadas e innovadoras que responden a las necesidades de cumplimiento legal y a las necesidades de negocio, así como aumentar la capacidad de influir positivamente en el proceso de toma de decisiones. Ser reconocido como un asesor de confianza para los clientes internos, capaz de equilibrar la orientación de negocio y cumplimiento legal (criterios= de competencia, fiabilidad, capacidad de reacción). Asesoramiento inmediato y asistencia para cumplir con las necesidades del negocio. Establecer presentaciones periódicas y fiables ante el Responsable de Legal.

-Proporcionar apoyo jurídico para el desarrollo del negocio de la compañía bajo la supervisión del responsable de Legal.
-Implementar soluciones adecuadas e innovadoras que se adapten al cumplimiento legal, a las necesidades del negocio y hacer crecer la capacidad de influir positivamente en el proceso de toma de decisiones.
-Ser reconocido como un asesor de confianza para los clientes internos, capaz de equilibrar la orientación del negocio y el cumplimiento legal.
-Proporcionar asesoramiento jurídico sobre cualquier asunto que afecte al CBU business.

- Realizar todas las gestiones a nivel societario (compra-venta de acciones, redacción de actas, Contratos Intragrupo, etc.), preparación Consejos de Administración, Juntas Ordinaria de Accionistas y Reporting de todas las acciones realizadas a nivel interno y externo. Así como realizar todas las gestiones de Notariales: Otorgar y/o revocar poderes Notariales, Legitimación de documentación, realizar testimonios notariales, etc.

- Contratos de suministros, prestación de servicios directos e indirectos y real state, software y protección de datos, y asuntos relacionados con operaciones financieras.
